Can I use someone else’s account or card for transactions?

All payment methods used on your account must be owned by you. This protects both your funds and your identity, and it helps us comply with financial regulations.

Is it possible to withdraw funds from my demo account?

Demo account funds are for practise only and cannot be withdrawn. They allow you to familiarise yourself with the platform and trading tools, but they are not eligible for withdrawal since no actual deposit was made.

Will I be charged a currency conversion fee?

If you deposit in a currency different from your Wallet's currency, your payment provider may charge a conversion fee. Deriv does not charge additional fees for conversion.
