Executive Director

Joanna has served as the Executive Director of Deriv Capital Contracts & Currencies L.L.C since 3 April 2024. She joined Deriv Group in 2004 and is now its Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, bringing deep expertise in regulatory oversight and risk management.

Seema Hallon

Executive Director

Seema became the Executive Director at Deriv Capital Contracts & Currencies L.L.C on 3 April 2024. She started with Deriv Group in 2020 and presently serves as its Chief Human Resources Officer, driving talent strategy and organisational development.
